  • Insured's name, address, and phone number
  • The insured's insurance carrier
  • The insured's policy number, and coverages
  • The insured's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Year, make, and model of the vehicle
At this point, your job is completed. Keller's Customer Service Representatives will contact your insured, schedule the job, conference call the insured's claim to network (if required), and send the invoice to the proper network.
